Hey guys:)

I really don't have time to program my website as well as my gaming engine right now, so I'm willing to quickly search for a php programmer that is succesfull in this industry and that can provide proof they are a good programmer.

I need a basic forum built that can stick into my layout, of ur-mmorpg.com.

Quote me on the price, im not stupid im a programmer lol so i don't want a $100 job, just somthing cheap and pretty simple.

If I don't find anyone in two days I'll just do it myself though.

Not really. vBulletin takes a few minutes to install.
