If I had a petsite I'd call it Avonlea. How about that name?

Ann of Avonlea is the sequel to Ann of Green Gables (the book that is). I don't think many people know that though so it wouldn't matter much...it's a nice name. And unique--not (insert here)pets or anything:)

Thanks. I knew it was in a movie. I'd never heard of a petsite called that tho. I think it's lovely, and it just rolls off the tongue.

Yes, Avonlea was a town in the Anne of Green Gable books and the title of a subsequent book. I *think* it's a real place in Canada? I remember hearing that somewhere.. Not sure though. But if so, then it'd probably be taken.

What would the pets be like? Animal type or something totally different? Hatched or created or adopted or 'found' or?

For example, if they were animals that you'd hatch, then maybe an anagram using the letters of hatch an animal. Or hatch a pet.

I stuck 'hatch a pet' into an anagram solver, and it came up with 'that peach' which probably wouldn't make such a great name lol. But also it came up with 'thae patch' among others...

Stick it together, and you'd get thaepatch.com I doubt it'd be taken? I think that's quite cool ^_^

Good luck!

But if you used that name wouldn't you run into copyright issues?
