Yes, the dreck on Lodithia right now is not how it's going to look. :P
Some things are going to remain: there's going to be a top banner, a left menu, and a drop menu with icons and stuff. However, I don't have the pets yet, so I didn't really do anything except make some basic stuff to play with. Gfx comes later.

But anyways... the question...

What should Lodithia's launch layout's main color be?

A deep brown maybe? Stick with the fantasy/medievil sort of theme, but my second choice would be Royal Purple

I've been considering making a gold/brown layout.
Map-style
I love map-style layouts 8D

But the problem is, the pets are really cute and chibi and stuff...
So...

I mean, it would work. 8D

Hmm.... Maybe if we went a brown and gold but "exiten" (excuse the spelling it's school holidays here) the colours like make it an unnatural almost bright brown and keep a 24 carat gold look, to match the pet style better.

I voted other. But purple was my second choice. Mainly because whenever i try to think of something random for like the last 3 months it's been the word purple... I'm starting to think that theres some deeper reason...

Well anyway back on topic...

I think purple would be pretty cool, as far as I know no other pet site has their main colour as purple. Purple is also the colour of royalty. Lodithia can be the King (or Queen...) of the pet site world. mwahaha...

That was weird. Had a bit of a Mat moment then.

Usually my layouts have two colors. I'm trying to think what would look good with purple. Maybe gold (to go with the royalty theme?)

I cannot decide, but don't make it blue or green. A lot of pet sites layout have that.
