Flash games Sending Score?

To all virtual pet site owners out there, can anyone show me ( or provide a tutorial ) for sending score to get points in a flash game?

If people dont know what Im talking about, I'm sort of referring to the send score in neopets.

Learn how to use POST in actionscript and PHP. (That's one way, but there are probably more)
