Normally I am used to hearing this when regulating a twin core, but I assume on Lodithia it has to do with factions. Any help on where I can find info at on this?

Honestly, there's not much to do. I'm hoping Riku will get inventory done soon, DC should have trades done soon, and EP is working on a pound. Yay!

You should make a rules thread, I've been meaning to ask for one for quite some time.
