would work for/ accept payment in installments? As any payment would be from my own money, not from a site's profit or anything. Oh, I get paid every two weeks. :/
Payment via paypal, intallments of $120 (USD). (Negotiable, although I won't be able to pay much more at a single time)
How many would depend on the price.

I would like, of course, basic features. With good security and such.
Then some unique features (to my knowledge) for something.

Yea. depends on what the coder would be doing... I might be willing to do some things for a little bit of money..

I can't really go into detail now :/ I will try to give an Idea of what I would like to be done, without getting all my ideas out here. If they are possible, I would like it as descibed.Or if it's not, closest to it as possible.

It would something along the lines of equiping/unequiping pets
and forms of pets.

the basic things like

register
login
logout
trades
user shops
site shops with restock
forums
messaging
adopt/create

So really quite a lot, actually almost everything on the coding side. :/ I don't really mind if one person wants to do everything or just chooses a few features and give their price.

Below Things for future, depending on quite a few things

changing form of pet by equiping items to pet and removing items, and 'mixing' effects (not sure if this is feasible), also depends on certain factors:
natural pet + Item A = Pet A
natural pet + Item A + Item B= Pet AB


This will be expensive I assume. Something I will probably ask for future, (not sure if feasible) and may have to rethink depending on certain factors also:

battle arena with exp,
basics with the exp, reaches a certain amount, goes up a level + increase in stats
I would love it to have like battle royales and such
quests that require fighting enemies in BA, reward with exp + battle items
