What do you guys think Subeta can do to improve - and make the game better for everyone? Do you think they should fix up the current bugs or wait until the recode?

Let's discuss ways Subeta can do to improve.

Well, they can do 3 MAJOR THINGS to improve.

1.) Stop the drama. This publicity gimmick is getting old.
2.) Post a news post on their site stating that they are closing.
3.) Fade into oblivion where they belong.

Yep yep. LMAO, I'm actually sick of seeing crap about subeta these days.

Well, probably keep stable servers and more of a group at the head instead of a single person.

#1 would be to create a functioning site. Not one that is up, but only people using a certain browser can use. Not one that can't remain up with 1000 people on. But a stable, functioning site.

#2 would be to train all of the staff in PR, including Keith, and disable some staff member's ability to post until they show they can represent the site in a professional, respectful manner.

#3 would be to remember the roots. Stop trying to make Subeta something that already exists. If people want to go to a 'networking site' they are probably going to find one that has a lot more members then Subeta can handle. If people want to play a Pokemon Crater type game, they will play Pokemon. People have supported Subeta for years now because of what it WAS, not because of what it may change into...

And they can also get DebiLee to quit buying up all the items in shops 30 minutes before she retires them.

I agree with Jessyta wholeheartedly - especially the PR side.

And to add to that - stop banning users and bullying them out based on personal dislike rather than them actually doing anything wrong... *scowls*

They need to be more professional - I love some of the site features and art... but just the odd thing just winds me up.

Yeah, all abuses of power need to be stopped.

Even if it means freezing the members of staff who have more then one account...

The fact they have more than one account to me means they should never be allowed to BE staff.

The one rule for them and another for all other users thing just makes them look all the less professional.

I don't think that will ever happen. They're running Subeta like its owned by kids.

Good point. They could continue to implement "social networking features", but they need to start focusing more on the game aspect and public relations. If they don't fix their public relations' problems, it'll be the downfall of Subeta as a whole.

I play it now simply because I have a stockpile of items and my site isn't open. I avoid most people like the plague. I just find it painful doing more than my bits and bobs. Reading up on all the drama is nauseating. I used to love it so much.

i have an extreme dislike for the staff there for the most part. Last year i had only been a member for a month. I did'nt like my name so i created a new account and moved everything over and had quit using the old accounts shop when i left. Closed it out and all. I got frozen for having multiples. After i explained that i just changed accounts because of the username and not to cheat they said i should have bought the Shuriken item that lets you change names. I had the money to buy it and said i would if they would unfreeze my account because im new and i was not aware of that item they said no. I asked could i atleast create another account without getting my items/sp back and start over (mind you i had over 40 million plus extremely rare items at the time) again they said no and that if i created another account it it would also be frozen because they check that stuff and that i could wait a year to create a new one.

LMAO 2 days later, i created another account and ive had it since then so whoever it was, was full of crap. My account is nice and clean.

As much as I hate subeta, it's in the rules that no multiple accounts are allowed. It's a common rule too. I wouldn't go round posting that you've got a new account either. ;)

Allow people who work for other sites to draw for them... T.T Keith told me they don't cause of style controversy and working for competition, but I could easily change my style to anything so it wouldn't look like some other things I've done. XD Ah well.

Subeta does have some problems...

But nothing is more obnoxious then someone whining about staff sucking just because the staff enforced the rules.

Yuko, that's not the only reason Subeta won't allow you to work for them and their competition. It's also because staff artists have access to information about what is coming up, information that Keith & the rest of staff would prefer to keep secret.

Some of the staff have some big mouths ;P

i was going to make a huge post about the rudeness of those comments but i'll be the better person and just let them go. The mistake of overlooking a rule is not the only reason i dislike them. Besides that, why should'nt i get upset over getting frozen for having multiple accounts when it was just stated that staff have multiple accounts...

enough about that though. The problems with the staff will never change as long as the staff and their close friends remain cliquish. I still have my account and am friends with a few staff members who remain nameless and its sad that as hard as some work the bad attitude and disregarding of bugs and errors ruin the site.

Well, as of right now. Fix a few typos and bugs as well as their email. It seems to be blocked on my Gmail.

1. Stop firing all the good staff and mistreating them.

2. Get rid of that Enders and his wife, period. He's a prick.

3. When hiring staff in the future, make sure they do a background check, and aren't known to be troublemakers, create drama on sites like DA or spread rumors.

4. Keith needs to listen more to his users, especially when something has a lot of users upset.

5. Do something about the inflation of certain items, like the One Month Gold Account Medals and Angelic Potions.

I'm with Jessyta on the just create a functioning site thing. I like subeta but sometimes the glitches are just a pain.

The staff have no idea how to deal with inflation, with the GA medals some even tried buying a bunch and reselling them for cheap. This didn't help much at all. Angelic Potions I believe are supposed to be like that however, it's supposed to be a really rare item sooo...

Wait wait wait. Staff have more than one account? When did this happen?

Inflation is a problem on any game.

Well this hurts....I need to investigate this further and without getting banned..

I also had a comment on the DebiLee thing...Yeah that's a huuuge pain in the patooty, I'm not a hoarder but it's still hard for some of my better friends.

If I am informed right, then this might be very difficult.

Also, who says that all the rules that apply for the users for the staff members as well? It must be relaxing to have an account where you aren't bothered by "Why isn't the bug tracker being cleared out?" and "Can you do something about the GA medals not activating?"-messages. As long as they don't do 40 quests wizard quests on each account, I have no problem whatsoever with it.

Everytime a member of staff claims that they are 'normal players too' and that the glitches and whatnot are annoying for them as well, that means they also should follow the same rules we do.

Can't have your cake and eat it too.

It doesn't bother me if some of the staff members have more than one account. In my opinion, I think that as long as they aren't making sP and doing a lot of quests on their other accounts it's fine. They should be able to break a few rules on their staff accounts once in a while, but when they're on their other accounts they should have to follow all the rules. It has to be nice to get away from all the user questions while still being able to play. You wouldn't want to be constantly bombarded with questions either.
