i love subeta, and i was (and am still) absolutely addicted to it, but they FROZE my account for something i didn't do! they said i had multiple accounts, but i don't! they also froze my sisters and brother. i emailed them, but they didn't reply. they instead sent one to my sister and said that they had frozen FIVE other people and that they thought we were all the same person, and that we could create a new account in 12-16 months once our accounts had been cleared of the system. it was SO not fair, and i had worked SO hard on my pets, my avatar, my galleries, my profile, my sp, EVERYTHING. it made me so upset, and i've been trying so hard to find a pet site to replace it, but i just can't. subeta was THE best pet site ever. has anything like this happened to any of you?

My account was hacked sometime in April. I find it a good thing to me that my account was only intended to be a Microsoft gag.

Were you and your siblings using the same computer? If so you were supposed to email an Admin and tell them that, otherwise they assume your're the same person.

Also maybe one of your siblings made another account because you plus 2 equals 3 not 5. You should email somone and tell them that your sibs had accounts. Maybe then they'll reconsider.

we already told them, but when they replied, my sister kind of overreacted and cussed them out. so... i don't think we're getting our accounts back anytime soon.

They froze me a long time ago stating I had 6 accounts and refused to let me prove that it was because I used a school comp that my friends made accounts on as well. Didn't help that I was in a fight with an artist. Sucks though, I had made friends with most of staff before the incident.

Right now I think they have too many problems to care/worry about bannings, legit or not. Wait until Jan when this coding mayhem has calmed down.
