Since no one was interested in buying it (or actually the people who where haven't PMed me back yet), I decided I'd go ahead auction this off. For more information about this game, just go here:

http://www.virtualpetlist.com/showthread.php?t=6714

The game includes these files:
engine.swf
engine.fla
editor.swf
editor.fla
config.xml
mayumai_data/engine_config.xml
mayumai_data/engine_levels.xml
mayumai_data/levels/ (Includes the tutorial levels as shown in the demo)
mayumai_data/images/daylight.jpg
mayumai_data/images/sundown.jpg
mayumai_data/images/twilight.jpg
mayumai_data/shared/shared.swf
mayumai_data/shared/shared.fla

Once a person has one this auction, I will walk them through and teach them how to use this game. If the buyer doesn't have flash, I will be more than happy to help them edit any graphic files that need to be edit, but that's all. I will not change any of the program, and the game has been debugged.

Mind you that I still own this game even after it has been sold, so if you see it pop up on my future portfolio site, don't complain D=

I will only accept payments Via Paypal.

The auction will end November 26th of this year.

Starting Bid: $10.00
Minimum Bid Increment: $1

Good luck =3

I am interested in bidding, however I have some questions regarding the ownership of the game.

Once the game is purchased, will it be resold to others in the future? In addition, are the usage rights revocable or otherwise limited? Is it possible to purchase full ownership of the game for an additional sum?

In addition, I noticed glitches where some of the red balloons are not 'solid', users can jump on blocks that are out of reach, and the character can sometimes jump in mid-air. Would these errors be fixed?

Q: Once the game is purchased, will it be resold to others in the future?
A: No it will not =3

Q: In addition, are the usage rights revocable or otherwise limited? Is it possible to purchase full ownership of the game for an additional sum?
A: Useage right is limited. If you choose, you made edit the game however you wish, but the game will still be within my ownership, basically meaning you cannot resell this game. That's my only condition. If you wish to purchase the full ownership of this game, it will be $100. ($70 for myself + $30 for the guy who composed the music).

Q: In addition, I noticed glitches where some of the red balloons are not 'solid'
A: Not quite sure what you mean by that. Once a player jumps off the red balloon, it should pop

Q: users can jump on blocks that are out of reach, and the character can sometimes jump in mid-air.
A: The blocks are only used to prevent the character from jumping from one location to another; they were never meant to be holding platforms, although in the demo levels I created, I made them act like they were. They were meant to be walls, not passages is what i am trying to say, the clouds are. I've tried again and again to make the blocks so that they can be walkable, but I had no luck doing it with this engine. There is no fix for that glitch nor will I recode the engine to make a fix for it.

$12.00 assuming you won't ever revoke the right for me to use it on cyopets. I don't really want to change it or anything, and assuming I do, I'll probably only change the character, assuming that is okay with you.

I am serious fine to whatever you want to do with the game so long as you do not claim you made it nor resell it (unless you're selling your site including the game, then that's fine with me).

If this game auction off well, I will create a few more for you guys. Else, I'll just go back and work on my site.

I think it's the unique buy price that's mentioned on the other thread ^-^

maybe he just thinks it'll get to that price anyway and that cancels out a lot of people by raising the price so high

It's a real bid. We discussed it today over AIM about the method.
