View Full Version : Wanting to reboot Vista (my account, not the OS)

Well it's been a week or so, and I feel that it is time to ask for a bit of help. I self froze my account, in boredom, and there seems to be a fault in my email system.

Mainly all I ask is help in trying to recover the account in pristine condition before Subeta was hacked in April. Where to start...?

What do you mean by "understand?" Like, brush you off like a bad UA? XD

Becca won't do that. She's the user admin XPrimalEyesX on Subeta. I can try contacting her personally about your problem if you want me to. I have her on my contacts... and I think her phone number too. xD

Well that would be nice, I need to do a few things really quick.

The first UA understood my problem, but the third did not (I left the second out because she did not reply).

My account was hacked during the attacks on Subeta, I would prefer my account to be revived via the backups. The third UA was wording it more like augmenting my account. After that she told me that my pet cannot be transferred because he did not exist and that disowned pets cannot be removed from the database.

If you need the name of my Kumos to the best of my knowledge (which is fuzzy), PM me.

I know it sounds foolish, but this was not my fault, I shouldn't pay for Keith's mistakes.

Well here is how I figure.

My common Kumos was pounded, then adopted. The account he was on was deleted, so he's basically gone for all practical purposes. Sar still feels neutral about his funeral though.

My account is active, but the pet is gone. They say I can create a new one with the same name, but what's the purpose due to my vulnerability.

Still, it does not make sense to me at all.
