He can not login to his account because he forgot his password and yes he tried the lost password and got this The email failed to send.

He even tried different passwords and got this Incorrect username/password combo!
Recent security changes have occured that will force most users to have to use lost password to reset. We appologize for this inconvenience, however there was nothing we could do to prevent it.
He even sent an email to subeta and got a reply and it said to keep trying which he has been doing still can't login.
Is it possiable to send his information to me so I could give it to him.
