I need a script that lets you upload a picture that shows you the size of the uploaded picture and that recomends a printing size for the picture. So if it's 1500x600px, it recomends a nice res in cm for printing. This must be done in Java.

Java applets or Java applications? That may be a good thing to add in because people may be able to code for one but not as well for the other. I personally hate designing applets but I'm fine with designing applications.
