I have two websites for sale that come with a few bonuses along the way :)
#1.)
Livingrate.com- Gas Prices, Inflation, Exchange rates, curriences, news, downloads and more (http://www.livingrate.com) -> Site about Local Gas Price lookup, Stocks, Inflation, Housing, Financial News and Economic News which are all updated hourly automatically. You have to do nothing to them :) with builtin RSS feeds. Google ads are already implimented.
You will recieve the domain name livingrate.com and 1 year FREE hosting that will remain on my server unless you want to move it. This is a new site with little traffic, but if advertised could bring in some $$$ thru google ads and other ways.
#2.)
Demos2Get - Display Your IP! (http://www.demos2get.info/) -> Simple little site that just shows the user there IP address, internet browser/configs and remote port. Google ads are up and bring in some money but not much. Site has not been advertised and it needs a new layout lol. This will also come with 1 Year of FREE Hosting to the buyer.
If anyones intrested just send me a PM or post here. Not in a huge rush to sell and may advertise while this is going on to get more visitors.
