Casale media, Valueclick and Tribal Fusion are the biggest CPM advertising companies on the web today - and if your pet site generates enough traffic, they'll accept you.

To get accepted into Tribal Fusion - your pet site must receive a minimum of 2,000 daily unique visitors.

Valueclick is pretty easy to get into, but isn't a great earner compared to Tribal Fusion or Casale.

I don't know about Tribal Fusion, but VCMedia has some pretty nice CPM rates :)
Unfortunately, you need to have a lot of US traffic to get those nice rates, otherwise you get stuck with the lower rate ads.
They also have interstitials, which are my favourite types of ads as a webmaster.

Ya, but VCMedia is pretty hard to get into as well.
Tribal Fusion is one of the largest CPM companies - and has better pay rates than VCM.

I don't know about Tribal Fusion, but VCMedia has some pretty nice CPM rates :)
Valueclickmedia? Their CPM rates are high? VC is a second tier program at best, there rates are actually very low. I'm lucky to get .25/cpm from them which isn't all that great.

The highest CPM banner I see in my inventory is 2,12 EUR, but it's wide banners and targeted to germany only.
You need to have lots of good traffic and use the largest banners to get good rates.
