Has anyone ever heard of this company? They sent me a message claiming that they could help me generate revenue for alleypets. www.en.allopass.com is the URL. They even acknowledged that AlleyPets was a game, which means they actually visited the site.

If you know anything about this company, tell me about it.

Never heard of it, but it's interesting, i wouldnt mind using it... I'm going to do some research about this first though, as i am always weary of this kinda stuff... I'll give you a heads up on anything i find.

Unless you're expecting lots of payments by phone, forget about it.
They keep around 50% of the revenue you generate, although it's not unusual.
