If you're going to review a pet site then you should follow these standards:

Art:
Does the pet site have good art or suck art? Let us know - talk about their art.

Content: features, etc:
Does the site not have enough content to keep the users returning or does it have a ton of content? Discuss the features & other content here.

Staff:
Do the staff members suck? Tell us more about them.

Rewards:
Does the pet site offer any rewards to its users - for being nice to new members or anything? Talk about the rewards here.

Advertisements:
Does the pet site have a ton of advertisements? Discuss their ads here.

Account upgrades:
Does the pet site offer account upgrades to its users? Let us know about all the special things account upgraders receive.

Game play:
Is the economy good? Is it easy to earn points? Discuss the site's game play here.

For now on - if reviews don't follow these standards, they will be locked down. Of course, you should go in-depth for every category - so that we can have quality reviews.

Each section needs to contain an image or two.

I think it would help if reviews had samples of art.

Would it be alright if we did a review of a site that already has a review posted? The pet site in question's review in question is fairly old, and I tend to disagree with the majority of their opinions.
