Programming Help Needed $$

I am looking for someone familiar with both PHP and MYSQL, if you can code things like hidden avatars and random events etc. message me and let me know what you can do and how much your time is worth. I have several small tasks that need doing so it would be piecework. thanks.

Just wondering do you have the basics? Such as login.logout/ register... user preferences...news... and the relating administrator panel things? If not i could do it cheap... i mean like dirt cheap...
