Who is the cheapest?

Well, incase I may have to.. I am looking for someone that is a good programmer but is still pretty cheap. I don't have a job so I sort of have to use my money saved up.

I just want to know about your prices and such. You may PM me if you want more details. I just want a rounded amount on what you would want to be paid.
Just give examples like...:
If I did your whole pet system(create, adopt, dump, etc.) I would need to be paid ($).

Something simple like that. What kind of programmer? PHP and MySQL. =3
(If you just know HTML and CSS than I don't need you. I know that much.)

If i did the core files... login/logout/register/news/user prefrences(edit pass, edit email, profile and sig if you want too,..) and bbcode... admin panel(add/edit/delete news, award points, take points, edit user level, list users, edit user...) I'd do it for you for... oh say $40... but thats negotiable... You prolly don't like me anyways lol... If you want me do do it or want to negotiate it let me know...
