Coding for an entire site (Paying fairly well)

Heya everyone.

At the moment my friend is looking for a person who could code her entire site for her. She has the layout done - it's just the coding.

Features include:

1. The basics (login/logout/registration, news, game currency, shops, forum, pets)

2. Create your own adventure (Where a user chooses one action from a number of others, which would guide them through the adventure)

3. Games, and a daily allowance.

4. Item-mixing (Mixing several items together to create a new one, or trash if it fails)

5. Stats for the pets. Not for battle, but will affect their actions. For example, the magic stat will improve chances with item-mixing.

6. Different pets will have different base stats.

And so on.
