I hate to make you sound wrong, but mine START at 50$. XD;; So they actually are more. :)

Most custom layouts you'll find will be in that range, mainly for the time it takes to design and code them.

My price page no longer has set web design prices heh. XD It was no good for customers when they had a simple layout where i was charging the large amount, then sucked for me when i had to do a really complex layout and i was getting, what added up to be like 3$ an hour. XD

(sorry for posting unrelated crap in your topic)

Free too! :P. They are free and in my opinion, good, however as I'm pretty busy with my School Certificate year at school they can take up to 2 weeks to complete, more including coding time.

I only have the one example at the moment and that is Galaxypets' which has only been designed, no coding yet.
