I need layouts done, and I need them done fast. I am doing web-contracting for multiple local organizations, but I have no skill whatsoever in web-design, only development and programming ;) So here is the deal, on a contract basis, when I get paid, you get paid. I need rich, eye-grabbing designs. I will edit this thread as I need more.
