Looking for a decent coder for a paying job...

It is not a petsite..

It is a traffic exchange...

Preferably a PHP coder would be needed, however if you know more then it could also benefit you.

If you have done something similar then this would also help.

You MUST have the following:

1 - Time to do the project
2 - Knowledge of traffic exchanges or be willing to learn
3 - MSN Messenger (makes it easier then email after email)

I havent stated a price im paying yet as im waiting for offers...

well basically people join, get credits for viewing other peoples websites, can use those credits to have their websites viewed by other people...

There are a few other features I would like but yeah.
