For the REALLY GOOD graphic artists who uses photoshop.

I want to ask a question to all of those who make very fine graphic designs with photoshop: How long did it take you to get where you are now? And how profitable making layouts and such has it been?

Well as an experienced web developer I can say for a design I am willing to pay up to $250 if it looks great. I know people who will pay up to $500 for it noncoded. Designers can make a bundle if they are good :)

What patrick said. Ive heard of some people paying a few thousand for web layouts, but those people usually do it as a full time job, and are very good at it.

That would be amazing selling layouts for hundreds and even possibly hundreds of dollars.

I make my own designs, so no idea. But it took me about a 3/4 of a year to get where I'm now. =)
