Making something out of nothin

Rate this Entry
Growing up, I always thought to myself, the things that I do now, will I be doing it in my future? My answer back then was no because I had no idea what I wanted to do - from getting in trouble - from having my first baby at 18, and getting married.

Getting married was one of the worst situations of my life because I also had to spend time in Jail over the summer for 3 and a half months. After my stint in jail, I vowed to myself, whatever I do from here on it has to count.

Sitting down for those months actually made me realize that sometimes you need to be careful with the people you hang around with because there are some people who only want you to fall, or who want you ball and succeed.

And that's me, and that's why I keep my circle tight and not hang around people that I know aren't really my friends and are only out there to get there.

So, the moral of this post is don't be afraid to step on water, and chase your dream. Remember, nobody can make your dream a reality - only you can.

VPL was my dream and vision since 2004, and with much time after that @electric_blue_kirby and I embarked on a mission to create one the largest Virtual pets forums on the web - which we couldn't do without the help of all our members.

Thus, if you work hard, then success will eventually come your way. It takes time to "make something out of nothin", and I hope you take your time with things that you can't rush or force.

In other words, be yourself, and I'm sure you can make something out of nothin. Use your imagination, use your ambitions, and take care of the rest.

Because, anything in this world, is very possible!
