We have installed a modification that lets you post your links to specific sites. These include:
Facebook which can be your profile or a like page
Google+
Myspace
Tumblr

and many other sites. Follow this link to edit them. It is at the bottom of the page.

There's a little typo for YouTube: "dd a link to your Youtube profile."
