So I have had a re-seller hosting account with JustHost for over a year now. For the first year things were ok. I signed up through their site and their system set up automatic payments through paypal for monthly payments of £29.99. In September I received an email saying I hadn't paid for the month previous. I checked my paypal and sent them the unique reference to the payment. I didnt think anything else of it. In december/January I received another email saying I had not paid since August! Again I sent all of the references. A month later my site was down. It turned out they didnt renew my domain name even though it clearly says that if you have an ongoing subscription with them it automatically renews. I had to pay for them to renew it and re activate my account. My main site was corrupt, but I wasnt bothered as I didnt use that domain.

I then canceled my payments through paypal and decided to manually pay them via their payment links. For what ever reason their system took my money but didn't link it to my account!

I then received another email last week saying they had changed their billing system and I needed to add a new subscription billing method. Finally! I added my paypal Today I check and they want me to setup a new transfer however for £54.95! Are you kidding me? Why has the price been racked up? I can create a new account for £19.99 (I imagine it will be a bit more for monthly payments) with a free domain!

I feel like I just keep getting messed about with their shoddy systems and now they want me to pay £25 more a month!

My account will be deleted in 3.5 hours If i dont set the payments up. Im just hoping I can get all of my files off in time to move. (757 files/192Meg for one site) I have completely lost hope with this company.

The only plus is that all my support tickets have been dealt with in a professional manner within their given time frame.

Has anyone else had problems with this host? Does anyone have any suggestions for another? Im looking to get a VPS or DS.
