With all the debates going on at VPL, I just want to put in a few of my own opinions of the matter - and no, I will not call the debates "drama", for personal reasons. I will be in no ways bashing particular users or sites - and I will be looking at the problem (word used loosely here) from a third-person view.
1. Respect - deserving respect, and customer service.

Hey guys, I just want to say at the beginning that I'm not the best writer, nor do I really want to be "the best" (because personally to be the best, I feel like I would have to sacrifice a lot to get there, but let's leave it at that). My grammar isn't perfect, but I've noticed several re-occurring mistakes my friends and I sometimes make, so I want to share them with you.
1) Comma splices. These bug the hell out of me, but many of these go undetected to most people.
The immaturity of some people I know at school is startling. :s
What happened...
1). This friend of mine did bad on a test and complained about his friends talking about it and sort of teasing him how he did bad.
2). I told him that if he didn't study, aka. deserve the marks he got, then his friends have all the right reasons to talk about his grade and that it wasn't his teacher's fault for assigning such a test. Sure, they shouldn't go overboard, but
