Old music or new music

By old music, I'm talking music that come out prior to 2000 or longer, and by new music, I'm talking about year 2000 and up.

So, do you prefer listening to old music or new music? Honestly, some old music is good to hear every so often, but in the rap game, the beats have changed over the years, and lyrics aren't as good as they used to be - probably because some rappers figure they can say whatever they want and people will still buy it.

Anyways, what's your thoughts and opinions on this? Who's your old favorite music artist? How about new school?

I prefer older music myself as I was brought up around it. Especially love 80/90's.

For me, it all depends on the sound, not the age c: I don't like a lot of the popular music now-a-days, I'm more into Indie. (weird music tastes wew!)
