Looking for Coders

Howdy there!

Not too sure if I should post this here or somewhere else but I'm sure if it's in the wrong place it can be moved

My sister has this unique idea for a virtual pet site and she already has some of the art done as well as part of the layout. She needs someone to program the site since she only knows HTML and CSS and I only know HTML. She is willing to pay in USD through paypal as well as co-owning the site. It will require someone with knowledge of MySQL, PHP as well as Javascript. The site won't be a normal "feed and show" SIM but it would be more unique and more leaning toward the RPG factor. She doesn't want me to post too much information as she has about 4 pages worth of notes, but below is a small bit about it, if you are interested let me know and show me some examples of your work and I will pass it on to her 83

The goal of her site Nomad's Paradise would be to raise your power and create a guild within the Wanderer's Valley. Every player would start out and have a choice of several animals to be them as they explore the Wanderer's Valley. The choices would include: Wolf, Dog, Cat, Bear, Fox, Hawk, Horse and Leopard. The user upon sign-up would choose one of the species, their markings and colors (all natural for starters), as well as their baseline stats before jumping into the valley. The valley would contain the Nomad's Guild, the main guild everyone goes to in order to establish their own guild in the valley, a training ground, a forest and mountain area to hunt and develop skills learned in the training ground, and several other locations to be thought of. The site will revolve vastly around roleplay and the creation of guilds.
