Hiya, just another newb passing on through.

So yeah, the name's Chloe. I'm just a girl living in Germany. I love pet sites of all kinds, but I'm only active on a few, such as Khimeros, Leayph, Chicken Smoothie, and Magistream. I used to play on Neopets, and I go on it every once in a while. I love to test out sites, but I can't pay money to try them out.

I've always wanted to make my own site, but I can't draw, code or anything, and I'm too scared to hire anyone, in fear that they'll mess up the site, get mad and quit or whatever. I am attempting to learn HTML as a start, but it's going very, very slowly.

And with making your own petsite, you are in luck. If you stick around and keep an eye out, you'll hopefully see the BETA release of @Earth 's Petsite Builder in the near future!

What Romany said, this thread is definitely for you! It helps you make a virtual pet site of your own. You don't need coding or drawing skills there either.

Though, if you're still interested in making your own site with your bare hands, keep learning that HTML! Like you said, it's difficult, but it'll be worth it in the end.

Thanks for the info on the petsite builder coming up~! It will probably be a big help for just getting the idea out there. I'm still hoping to finally learn enough coding to put a basic site together though.

To be honest, I don't speak any German either. Why? Well, I'm American and my dad was stationed here. I'll be learning German as a freshman next school year though!

Moved to Germany? I am German. How do you like it here? Is it the first time you have moved for the work of your dad?

Metterschlingel : I love Germany so far, and yes, it is the first time I moved here.

Romany: I've only lived here for about 9 months. And yes, it's kinda difficult to live here when you don't know German. There aren't a lot of translated things in the town I live in, and not a lot of people know English.

Is it a small town? In bigger cities many people can at least speak basic english.

Romany: Well, German isn't hard to figure out, really. For example: pretzel is brezel (I think) in German. Cat is katzen, apple is apfel, the only problems I really have is putting a sentence together. If I was to just walk into a bakery, I'd be okay.

Metterschlingel: Kinda. It's bigger than where my friends live, but it's nowhere near the size of Berlin or Frankfurt.
