Needed: quote for php work

I am currently looking for some quotes on things I need for my site!
I cannot spend a huge lump sum all in one time so I need these in prices per script.

Needed:
-Site currency system: needs the main site currency and USD currency and PayPal IPN for USD currency.
-Bank that allows you to withdraw and deposit site currency and have a pin number you must enter for transactions.
-Upgraded Members perks such as removing ads, more training sessions, more allowed shows, etc.
-Inventory and item system that allows admins to create and remove items. Items will need to have certain functions such as boosting stats when fed.
-Site shops. Needs Admin ability to create and remove shops and select what they stock.
-Create a Pet function. Will need to let you choose a variation [breed] and assign 5 random stats and genetics when created. Also needs the ability to give out either show quality or pet quality animals.
-Create a Custom pet for USD currency (choose coat and eye colors, ear types) and will always be show quality.
