For all those of you signing up for Kingdom Sky

The whole prayer garden matter really didn't bother me that much. But while I don't think people should let it feel like a burden to have to see these things, I do understand where some come from when they say that they don't feel as comfortable with these things being on KS. I don't think meeting half way on this or any other matter would really hurt anyone or anything; but both sides need to give an effort here.

I agree with @Aesops statement. Prayers are not always religious, and they can mean many things other than praying to one or many gods. It could simply be having hope for one or multiple people, or wishing for the best.

I like that they changed the Prayer Garden, though. It should now invite people of all beliefs who need support. Which, I think, was the only issue with the category in the first place.

I am very much against instigating or participating in drama so I am not going to reply to any specific post or comment made in regards to the Prayer Garden/Meditation Garden. I do, however, want to point out the sticky "Posting Guidelines" that is in every section of the Meditation Garden. Specifically:

Kingdom Sky was created to be a place for inspiration, imagination, and individuality. More importantly, it is meant to be a place for friendship and love for fellow users. With that said, The Meditation Garden is a safe, comfortable environment for those wishing to express their spirituality through motivational stories and prayer requests. There is also a support section where users can seek advice or positive thoughts on issues that are important to them. As with all areas of Kingdom Sky, it is important to remember that while we are individuals and entitled to our own opinions and thoughts, we must maintain a respectful and considerate attitude at all times while a member of this community.

I believe that speaks volumes. Treat others the way you would like to be treated.

Regardless of the dramatics associated with this facet of Kingdom Sky, I would (also) like to point out the following from a post I made in the Support Group area:

We are here for you - all of you - in so many ways... embrace it! We are all a family - the Kingdom Sky family!

Kingdom Sky has an amazing community and I do hope that all of you will look past what you deem as "negatives" and embrace the positives.

@Mew don't worry, the site code and user information is fine and dandy. This is a hosting issue, and Angel is working to get it rectified right now. Myself or a KS staff member will be able to give more information soon. Likely there will be a news post.
