Is money important to you

Seeing how I went from having a good job to now being under the government - money means a lot to me because it pays my bills, buys my clothes, and buys me my food. I'm not rich though, but I manage to keep some money available to me every month. It's nice to save though because if there's a rainy day and you want to buy something, you have the money available to you.

So thus, how important is money to you? Do you try to save a lot? Do you find yourself spending money a lot?

I remember when I was younger and had less needs, I would be able to save a lot more money. But now with gas prices being kind of high, and food costs not being the same, it is quite different for me now.

I wish I had enough money to be able to save some. All I seem to do is pay out.

Money is important to me. It certainly is not the most important thing, but I have saved up quite a chunk of change over the years in order to allow me to be comfortable, even when I have a full time job. I am not a big spender and make purchases only when needed. But I also want to be doing work that challenges me for the money I make and the compensation reflects the effort I put forward.

Ya, I'm the same way. I'm always thinking "Where did all my money go!", its kind of pathetic. =X

I wish I didn't have such an expensive hobby of buying video games and japanese merchandise. :C
BUT ALAS. It is a hobby, and there are more important things to spend on first.

Money is just one of those things we're forced to need in an advanced society. :c I've grown up in a poor household all my life, so money doesn't exactly rule my life--but it doesn't come easy, either. As long as my family is happy and healthy, then I'd be more than happy to stay in a lower-class lifestyle.

I do try to save money as much as I possibly can - it's important to me. I also look to spend coupons, save coupons, etc.

Yea, I know exactly what you mean. It's difficult.. I wish the inflation would go down, it doesn't help much.
