I usually post a big wall of text but this one is easy and short for me:

People CHOOSE their jobs. People ACCEPT what they are being paid. If you don't agree and you feel abused and you hate it ... who does anyone on this board have to blame but themselves for CHOOSING to do it for years. Super simple if you don't like it DO NOT do it. If you choose to do it and you agree to the terms and put up with it blame yourself not others.

Easier to believe people don't have choice... it's harder to accept blame for oneself so it's easier to blame others.

Look at it the most logical way. Lets say you are a big nature buff and you don't like how chemicals harm the planet... do you go buy aerosol? The answer is no. Why? It's because if you feed into the problem you are part of the problem and you ENABLE it to continue. So for a person to disagree with what they are being paid they are enabling that it continues and also that it hurts other people BECAUSE OF THEM. That is IF you agree that they are being used and abused. If you don't believe you are being used and abused than you are enabling a good thing to keep happening. So those who LIKE what they are being paid and what they are working on are keeping the position open for others. While people who hate it and think they are being taken advantage of keep the injustice going lol.

Yeah, bad use of language on my part... haha. It's just not worth pursuading people (I may see it that way but if so far discussion's just been a debate, I'll let it be. )

LoL Thanks A good person told me that once when I was complaining about something. I realized I WAS part of the problem. I now make a great effort not to be
