Lolly: How Icepets Claws treated me.

At the end of the day truth comes into the light. Claws seems to always blame others, like how everyone else is in the wrong. First I'm in the wrong, then Ixyra's in the wrong, now it's Lolly's in the wrong. A lot of the stuff @Lolly wrote how he spoke to her, as @Ixyra said, it does look strangely familiar.

Someone said how Lolly won't be remember for her 3 years worth of work. I will remember her for the work she did, I think it takes a strong person to keep going like that even when Claws is basically insulting her like that. I mean OMG how can you speak to someone like that? You're absent from the site because of real life situations and she's there putting blood and sweat into it when she could have said 'No I have a real life as well'. Did she get some sort of bonus for all that extra effort? Here's hoping she did anyway.

I'm sort of happy the @Lolly no longer works for Icepets. Although it was her main source of work, now she can find a site where the staff are respectful and acknowledge her advice and suggestions. It's sad to see her go, but eye opening too!
The one thing the @Claws posted on the thread that got me is.

She was your only graphics artist, She made.

You've lost a big chuck of Icepets, even though its just 1 user. it will effect the site dramatically.

yes, @Lion that quote just kinda sums up how claws has been acting. First off, it was clearly a shot at Lolly which was incredibly disrespectful, especially since a lot of the time, it felt like she ran the site for him while he dealt with real-life stuff. Second, it shows that he won't show the truth to anyone on the site. Even though I don't think anyone would possibly believe such a horrible lie, he still ws trying to pull the wool over the user's eyes.

I believe this has taught everyone a lesson, however some may not learn from this. But let's pray for a better future.

If I sat here dissecting all the lies and deceptions lolly is feeding to you all, I would be here all night...

I'm sure this post won't help the situation at all, will probably drag it on longer, it just really pushes my buttons how Lolly is lying about me while making me out to be the lier.

This all comes down to bad leadership.
@Claws.

Take some responsibility for you own actions and stop blaming others for once. This was your fault; you should have handled this situation better, among all other situations.

Claws can change but that would take so much and only he can do it in the end. If he doesn't want to he won't. Lolly. In all the time you have worked on Icepets you should have come to that conclusion. To me it looked like you have been going against yourself. You did that for a long while but now it is indeed time to go with your own flow. You were probably very attached to the community and above all you come across as proud. I think you can be proud with all the work you have done but I think you've let yourself down a bit by staying there so long. You could have gone somewhere else. Those who really appreciate you would have followed. As for your actions? Keep it showcased so that whatever happens you'll keep credit for what you have done.

Thanks for bringing this to light. I cannot say the situation was handled in a handy way by everyone so far but lets focus on the basics.

If the virtual pet community as a whole wishes to grow behavior must be observed.
