Marapets: Dead. Server errors everywhere.

Thoughts on this?

I think mara has the worst track record for crashing and server errors.

:1: Mara-sites have been down for weeks now.
:2: Blogs have been very glitchy.
:3: Everywhere is server errors and nothing works.

Yeah, all recent images were part of a server breakdown so won't show ._.

They're using oracle for the databases, I'm not sure how they tie in all the servers though. They're probably not using a cloud though. These errors happen a lot though. One server proofs, there goes the rest of them. When did this errors start occuring? over the weekend or? @Jammybee

It's been quite stable, this is the first crash in what about a year or two?

All sites go down O.o; Doesn't mean they're dead...

Mara isn't dead, just the servers aren't working. Last I heard, Ian was working on them.
If anything, Mara needs do be worked on with the servers to get things back up and running.

When did you start playing Marapets? They had lag problems for about year or two after they opened, up until they moved to oracle for their database, and upgraded their servers to handle 3k online without lag.
