These are the categories to pick to be in the actual awards... tell me what you think. Let's narrow it down a little. You can add some you think should be on here and see if everyone else agrees.

^ I feel these should be removed. as artists and programmers work differently. judging would be a personal opinion on a style of work.
I would say, top selling artist/programmer.

Awesome idea but most of these are a given.. Then you get people who vote for others cause they're friends.. That happens a lot on VPL when things require a vote. Or so I've heard

People should be recognized but it should be in the decision of the staff, so anything staff related should be removed (unless staff does a private award thing of it's own.. which is an interesting idea, yea @cpvr?)

I am just aware of VPL's repeated history of favoritism amongst its members.. Mainly stems from the amount of groups that flood in from specific virtual pet sites.. Or so that's what I suspect / have observed

Those are some really good categories. Another category I was thinking about "Best blog" in terms of - quality - meaning, the most worded blog/best review? Etc. @Gabby Those problems were about 6 months ago or longer.
