New anniversary gifts from my girlfriend

I was surprised when my girlfriend came home yesterday after work, she had a huge gift bag. I was so curious as to what she was going to give me for our One year anniversary, but she gave me a card, and a sleeve for my iPod for when I'm at the gym.

She also bought me a "cushion" for my laptop - which sits on my lap, and it has a built in cooling fan.

That's so kind of them. Our grandparents[not godparents, not sure where they're at] usually give us $20 for our birthdays. Did you spend it all already?

@cpvr - Not yet. They sent me a check in the mail so I've got to got to my bank to go deposit it into my bank account. Not sure what I would spend it on but I'd probably end up saving it for something x'D.

Ah, I see. I received a check the other day, cashed it, and only spent a bit of it. =p I'm going to be broke after tonight though because its my girlfriend's and I anniversary. Taking her places, and the hotel tonight for relaxing and such.

I'm actually amazed its been a year already. Two years is a long time. I'm sure you'll make it there. And, I also like taking her out sometimes on our monthly anniversaries. When I was at the gym last night, my girlfriend posted this on her FB:

Probably go to a 5-star hotel later tonight. I already took her out to eat for Lunch, we're still quite full from that.
