Frankly I think he got burned out. It seems like he doesn't have the passion for the site any more. The creative juices are not really flowing unless, it is coming from the artists. It is like he is satisfied and is doing enough to keep us interested and to keep us buying upgrades. It keeps him comfortable and he can live a substantially nice life. He doesn't seem to have the interest in it that it would take. He would be foolish to sell it out as it is a cash cow for him. But I think he probably has a vision, but just not enthusiastic enough about fulfilling it. And, it shows!

You know, I never even thought about that before, but I think this is exactly it. Marapets is kinda just like...there now. The art is improving, but I don't see the site as a whole going one direction or another anymore

That certainly would be good! The editorial was for the suggestions but Ian hasn't done it for 6 months now :|

Remember the x-box prize? He didn't even give that.

What did you win?
Originally I was supposed to win a real Xbox 360 when I got it from the War Redemption shop. We didn't have an Xbox and I knew my husband really wanted one so I worked really hard to win it for him. Due either site problems or something else (I'm still not sure lol) we ended up getting an Xbox before I ever got the one I won. I emailed Ian about it and he was kind enough to give me AU credits instead. I got 300 Account Upgrades credits, which was AWESOME!

It all follows with things that have happened over the years. Ian establishes something, promises this or that, and doesn't follow through. So, you cannot trust he will now. I just want him to follow through and keep things running. But if something comes along in his life, we will be all on the outside again. It will take some time before I trust in him again.
