If by "Breeding Pet Site" you mean ones where pets can be bred with each other, then Grophland.com is a breeding site

It should be noted that Aluriya is up and running already. The site is in Beta, just like Khimeros, and there are over 200 hundred members. New pets are introduced and retired bi-monthly, and users thinking that the site is not open are going to miss out.

The first ten or fifteen Alpha accounts were auctioned in July, and users who did not win the auction were able to purchase an Alpha account on September 15th, when the site opened up for Alpha phase. Alpha sales closed on October 21st, and Beta was opened on December 8th.
