VPL's New Years Posting Contest! [1.2.13 - 2.2.13]

I'm really glad that this contest was a successful one. Don't worry, we'll have more coming in the future. Hopefully we can get some pet sites to run contests here as well. Like @Gabby stated we did over 10k posts in the month. We only do these type of numbers in the summer time, so I'm glad everyone went on a posting spree and made this contest successful. We couldn't do it without our wonderful members and loyal supporters, let's keep on pushing and if we work hard, we can continue to do 10k posts every month.

I have a good feeling that we'll have over 250k posts by the end of the year and over 6k members. Good job everyone that participated in this contest, and next time we'll have three different prizes instead of just having one.

It sure was a good contest. I always love running these type of contests here. Everyone comes out of hiding and starts posting more. It really becomes exciting at the same time because there's so many new posts that are posted. Good job to everyone that was involved in this contest. I promise, we will be running more contests in the near future. Just so that we can give more things back to our community members who help us on a daily basis by interacting on the boards or referring new users.

Everyone was a winner in this contest in my eyes. It was great seeing everyone compete with the common goal, making VPL a bigger community. These type of contests always get at least 10k to 20k new posts. That's a lot considering we're still a medium sized forum. I just wonder how big this contest will be when once we're able to run another one in the Spring or the Summer.

Supporters can also help us with future contests if they'd like as well. Site owners, you can help us too if you'd like to run a contest here just let us know.
