Friendly in terms of great members and very helpful? Aywas, Rescreatu, Petrpg and Powerpets are some pretty friendly pet sites.

You also have Misticpets.

Subeta is also a pretty good one - in terms of being friendly(I think?)

Not sure what you mean there, but many players of IcePets have played Neopets before and overwhelmingly prefer to play IcePets. I myself used to play Neopets, up until roughly 6 years ago.
