Should staff members have their contact information listed? Such as, phone number?

So, this question was brought to my attention before - and some pet sites have to have their contact information listed for COPPA reasons - or business reasons, whatever the case me be - but do you think staff members should have their contact information listed - just incase of an emergency or something? Or do you think this is private information and shouldn't be included anywhere?

The name and contact information (address, telephone number and email address) of all operators collecting or maintaining children's personal information through the Web site or online service. If more than one operator is collecting information at the site, the site may select and provide contact information for only one operator who will respond to all inquiries from parents about the site's privacy policies. Still, the names of all the operators must be listed in the notice.

So that would take care of that. I would keep answering any safety questions that come up.

That's for users under 13 though. That's Coppa laws.

yes I know but I am saying that not all staff has to have their info posted. Only one person who will answer any security questions. But the rest must sign an agreement form to keep info secret. forgot the agreement name but the confidentiallity agreement or whatever. I will look it up after.

Coppa law only requires one staff and I wouldn't force other staff to have that publicly displayed.
