Important! Rules for Buying and Selling Services!

Notice. We are now implementing rules for Buying or Selling services which include: art, programming, and other skills that are contained on this forum only. Due to recent incidents we are creating these rules to protect you all for the future.

1. When hiring for services you are agreeing to a contract to pay for their services. Same for a one offering the services when agreeing to a due date and price. This cannot change unless both parties agree to it.

2. Do not break a contract without the agreement of both parties. A break in contract can result in ban or at least will make others wary of you. If there is a dispute about the contract between parties please contact a mod. This would help if both parties have screencaps of all info for their side of the story.



3. All auctions must have at least a 48 hour window for buyer to send money.

4. When offering services, try to make sure you have examples of your work or references to show. This will not only help us, but help you get some interest in your services.

5. Please make sure to take all disputes to a mod. We don't want to see another warning board about this person or that person.

6. If a buyer mails you and decide not to do the job please contact that buyer and tell them so. If they have already sent you the details for the project, please do not ignored them if you decide not to do the job. This is considered rude and you might not get another buyer again.
