As for the rules statements, most of the rule issues people have posted here were indeed always in the rules.

I just wanted to point out that the things we mentioned were never in the rules page themselves and were only added after we made this thread.

@April , at first, I enjoyed Celendria quite a bit. But now the behavior and actions from staff have made me lose interest in returning on a daily or even weekly basis. I highly recommend you take control over that situation soon, otherwise I wont be the only one leaving due to lack of professional attitude and behavior.
(The above state is nothing to argue about, it's a clear and obvious matter to anyone who goes on Celendria. While this does not occur all the time, it does happen. Therefore it would be in the best interest for your site if it desist.)

I also believe that @kami was referring to the rules that weren't there, not the rules that were.

Actually, I realize that the first paragraph is a little harsh... But I just felt you should know I was thrown off by certain actions and behavior by staff. As example, Rachels comment.

All of the rules we stated in the first post that were not there were not there. Now, obviously, you added some that we mentioned. What Joy said was what I was getting at. (However, if you are referring to the "Help" page that lists a separate list of rules, then I wouldn't count that. I am talking about the official rules on the actual "Rules" page, which is honestly where all the rules should be listed. Having some in there and others on the "Help" page is confusing and downright stupid. Not to be harsh, but I think if you must have both pages list rules, then they should be the same.)
