That's the most important factor when buying or selling a site - if there's any revenue backing the site. It's okay if you're paying out of pocket for the site, but its not okay if it doesn't make any revenue to sustain itself - that's the main factor really. It takes money to make money.

It appears it's at least coded with the VPet engine as a base -_-

The VPet engine is very insecure, glitchy and isn't worth much (as well as being difficult to update and customise) so buyers be warned!

When i started fauna it used vpet, but it's been heavily recoded since then. It also has ajax coded in for fast page reloads.

I'll get some info for you regarding income, however it was a non-profit game up until i shortly stopped updating it, however if the token item system/avatar item system is used smartly it could earn a huge amount. Concidering i didn't spend a penny on the game, i earnt a 100% profit on it
