Well @Slashmaster has recently posted on the Aywas forum and stated the following:

I feel cool =D
It's registered in the official USPTO as a federally registered trademark!!

Trademarking is an extremely simple process, especially if you've already got a relationship with an attorney who is handling your business needs.

Even if you don't have that relationship, places like Rocketlawyer make it really easy.
