Looking for clothing artist

I'm looking for an artist to draw some clothing with a medieval university feel, gowns, headpieces, perhaps a staff. These would be used for Grophland.com, so they need to end up as 300x300 pixel images suitable for layering onto pets (so transparent backgrounds, no stray pixels), and match the site style (smooth lines with low weight variation, smoothly shaded cloth as opposed to sharp cell shading). Each one would also require a 100x100 pixel shop version, usually a scaled image or picture of the clothing folded up. Naturally they would have to fit the Groph pets, but I can provide guide images to work with.

I think I need three or four pieces, and I'd want the original PSDs (or equivalent)
