In your opinion, what do you think was the worst scary movie of all time? Meaning, it didn't live up to its hype or the scenes just weren't scary.

... I some how ended up watching a movie called "Slaughterhouse of the Rising Sun" and one called "Rest Stop".

The worst horror movie I've ever seen is definitely Devour. I don't even know how to describe it. The plot makes no sense, the acting is... not that great, and it started out as a psychological thriller that decided that halfway through, it wanted to be just plain horror.

It's one that I will not be watching again.
