Pardon typos/grammar errors...on my cell.

Basically, I need a new navigation setup for DUHS (poormanshorse.net, please create an account to see what I mean). I'm open to options on what it looks like, so long as it meets these requirements:
-must work well in mobiles/tablets
-must work well in ff/safari/chrome/ie
-must be clean
-must make sense
-must be easy to use

I'm open to reorganizing links, altering the layout (I'm changing layouts anyway), whatever works. I need someone who is going to work with me until this is right. The changes need to be done within the next 2 weeks, so I also need someone who will have the time to get it done now.

Payment will be based on how much work you do. I will not pay if you do not keep up your end of the deal and deliver quality work.
